queenie brought back loads of snacks from her trip to taiwan to the office today!! i binged like a pig, ate 5 packets of those noodle like tidbits. (think mamee).
it wasnt as big as a mamee packet, but the calories it contained was gahhh. eating 5 packets means eating 300+ calories. whooooops, i know.
and, after a gymming session, i realized that after slogging on the treadmill for 30 mins, sweating like a pig and panting away, i only managed to get rid of about a third of those calories. gahhhhh, i know.
i guess calories have got to be the easiest thing to get in your body, and the hardest to get out.
i've so gotta think twice(make that thrice) before popping in those snacks now.
