went to support jacq and her dance team for Impressario'09 with nicole and queenie yesterday!

thought they did great! =D (jacq: we'll still be your big fans! ask us along for the next competition again lol.)

some pics!

anyway, this is random.
but i've been wondering about this for some time. why must people fall in love, get married, have kids and start a family?

what if people dont need to find a partner to grow old with, dont need to have kids to maintain the human population, dont need to stay in a fixed place and live a regular lifestyle so as to provide their kids with the best upbringing?

then maybe we could travel the world for all of our lives, live our own lives without having to consider the implications it might have on others, and truly do whatever we want.

we could go to Tokyo and be a fashion designer, then head to Disneyland and be the Mickey Mouse mascot, go to Perth to rear animals, then maybe go Korea and grow oranges for a living.

we could go with the flow, make new friends, learn new things, then at the end of maybe 3-4 years, pack up, say goodbye to old friends, and go somewhere else and start over again.

but maybe we dont have the courage to deal with the loneliness and the uncertainty.

then again, sometimes i wish i could live my life this way. cuz i think responsibility and routine can actually be alot harder to handle than change and uncertainty.
