Just came back from a holiday in Korea with the Nypers! Started 2011 with an awesome trip x)


It's crazy cold in Korea! But we girls are strong! The last 2 days of our trip we went out without our coats. Just jackets. Like how cool right. HAHAHAHA wanna dai ah we all.


I LOVE TRAVELLING WITH THE NYPERS. They are the most awesome travel mates. It's SO HARD to find people you can actually have fun travelling with. For example, I am one who dislikes plans. I mean, yes, of course you must do research and all before going to a foreign country, but I don't see why some people must be so anal about sticking to a FIXED schedule.


If like today supposed to go to Place A, and you wake up feeling a little too lazy, you should just go ahead and change the plan and go for a chillax shopping session instead of forcing yourself to travel to the place and get all tired and end up not enjoying yourself in the end right!


Luckily the Nypers (all 5 of us plus Gie's sis Audrey) are all cool-birds that are okay with anything! x)


And then some people are very anal about clearing up. I mean like, I WILL clear up, but not ALL THE TIME or immediately after I reach back home/hotel. Just, relax a little would you, it's A HOLIDAYYYY.


Again luckily the Nypers are all cool about a little mess here and there HAHAHA. But we are not slobs okay!


Lastly I also don't get why some people complain alot or get scared and start panicking whenever we lose our way or can't find a place. I mean, it's only normal to lose your way when you are in a FOREIGN COUNTRY right! Just chill, look at maps, ask around, sure can find one what. Then you like panic or start blaming people and all, as if will solve matters like that! -.-


Luckily my dear girls, though we are all girls, have a great sense of adventure. Even when we lose our way we find humour in the situation and are flexible regardless. On the first day we actually couldn't find our hostel at night when we got back. We kept walking round the area, and it was so dark cuz it was past 12am! We had to climb up and down and were so tired! Angie even had a mild asthma attack, but everyone made it home safely and still happy! =))


I AM SO PROUD OF MY GIRLS. =D Somemore throughout this trip we travelled everywhere by train ourselves okay! No cabbing! Hehe.

Korean food like not very nice leh. Not my cup of tea la. It's so ironic that my favourite meal in Korea came from a Jap restaurant.

Anyway, random word of advice: DON'T TAKE TRANSIT IF YOU TRAVELLING BY LOW COST AIRLINE!!! We thought wanna save money so we transit-ed from KL to Seoul. (means we went from SG to KL first then go Seoul) WAHLAO ALMOST DIED. So tiring!! Somemore the KL airport sucked =S Sian ttm! So people, take my advice, pay abit more, take direct flight!!


Ohoh and I wanna thank my boyfwen for sending me to airport and picking me from airport! He send me that day he was sick lo! But he still sent anyway! Then come back that time my flight was 8.20am then he didn't dare to sleep cuz he scared he cannot wake in time! HAHAHA. Why so cute one! He really one whole night never sleep a wink! Then the next day collapse and sleep like pig HAHAHA! The boyfwen really very nice lor. I throw tantrum ask him get me food even though he has to detour back to the place he also will go one! Then I say "Wah got so nice not!", then he reply "Of course la you're my 唯一." HAHAHA. =DD
